We selected the talent event process to find the New Business Manager, the person who would lead the focus on breaking open the Caribbean and Latin America markets.
Coupling that with the importance of getting the decision right in terms of their personality fit, aptitude and their capability to learn and adapt at the pace the role demands, we included our best-in-class psychometric testing for the shortlisted candidates who attended the event.
From this final shortlist of high-fit candidates, the client completed an in-person role based assessment and final interview to select the winning candidate.
