The business was transitioning from Amazon-only to a D2C brand. The goal was to scale revenues from single to double digit millions and the business was in need of a brand marketing lead and affiliate marketing specialist.

We started headhunting for the brand marketing lead and produced a compelling advert for the affiliate marketing role, alongside creation of compelling advertising for the roles on social media.

THE RESULTS
We hired both roles within four weeks of going live, both from major D2C brands turning over £100Ms in revenue. The business has tripled sales, doubled average order value and quadrupled returning customers since this hiring project was finished.
