This ensured the opportunity and expectations were being sold very well and clearly, attracting the interest of the right people, and putting off the ones who wouldn’t be capable or motivated by it.
Based on the importance of hiring someone with the digital skills the business knew were blind spots in their team, we included a technical screening with one of the Bolt Digital team, in addition to the best-in-class psychometric testing.
We also carried out an in-person, role-specific assessment centre and interview with the final shortlist to get a 360-degree view of their leadership capability, strategic thinking and cultural fit.
