Richard has opened, led and managed multi-million pound business units in the UK, USA, New Zealand and APAC and has deep managerial and leadership ability. He has also recruited, trained and managed thousands of staff in various roles.

Natasha is the CEO of leading London D2C performance marketing agency Bolt Digital.
